Pilates focuses attention on core postural muscles that help keep the human body balanced and provide support for the spine. Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath, alignment of the spine, and strength of the deep torso and abdominal muscles.
Our private Pilates session will include an initial Postural Analysis of the individual. This Postural Analysis will give the instructor a basis to start creating a program catered to the individual’s needs. Our one-on-one session will include mat work, small equipment and all the main Pilates equipment that in the studio.
