Fitness in SF for almost 20 years!

We have been deeply entwined in the Cole Valley, Inner Sunset and Haight Ashbury areas of SF since 2002. At Midline on Frederick Street, we have developed a wonderful community while helping neighbors move better and increase their positive health outcomes.

Although now closed, Lavation was our HIIT and cycling studio on Stanyan Street. It was a blast running a unique space for group exercise. We had an incredible staff and group of students for over five years.

Additionally, we have organized the Cole Valley’s favorite day, The Cole Street Fair! It has been a pleasure to operate the fair for seven years.
